2pickled cucumbers of 80 g each
½ bunch of radishes
1mini romaine lettuce
4 tbsp cucumber storage water
1 tablespoon of seed mixture
2 fat of sourdough bread with chia seeds of 36 g each
How to proceed
Cut the cucumbers and the sausages into bite-sized pieces. Cut the radishes into slices. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Mix with the cucumber storage water. Sprinkle the seeds. Serve the salad with bread.
Useful tips
For take-out: prepare the salad the night before and leave it in the fridge overnight. Transport the cucumber storage water separately in a jar.
